Description
The Site Supervisor oversees and manages construction crews, subcontractors, and ensures that work is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
They report to the Project Manager and work closely with the construction team.Responsibilities:
- Coordinate construction crews and subcontractors
- Monitor progress and report any issues to the Project Manager
- Ensure safety protocols are followed at the job site
- Manage inventory of construction materials and equipment
- Maintain accurate records and project documentation
- Resolve conflicts and escalate issues to the Project Manager
