  • Fresher to 1 year experience in a similar "heads up" data entry process**
    Graduate Degree
  • Business or any discipline

- Ready to work in Night Shifts

  • BE, MBA, BPharm, MPharm not applicable
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong aptitude for learning system software and product specific information


  • Strong analytical skills

  • Ability to identify product experiences and perform lower level investigations
  • Good English speaking ability, strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, which includes ability to understand customer requirement, pull up relevant documents and respond satisfactorily and with immediacy
  • Typing speed of at least 30 wpm.
