Job Brief:


Areas of Responsibilities:

Operations Management - Customer Retention Business Development - Strategic Planning - Fleet Planning - Cost Optimization - Warehousing

Responsibilites:


  • Manage vehicle deployments, vehicle returns. Ensure smooth pilot, deployment and returns.
  • Manage service operations and ensure maximum up time.
  • Analysing the defects through root cause analysis and diagnosed through 4M technique and 5Why, A3 analysis.
  • Manage Spare parts, consumables and other usables.
  • Analyze region's market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
  • Address critical problems and suggest prompt solutions
  • Propose regionwise operations plans and targets in alignment with business objectives
  • Organize and implement training programs for staff in the entire region
  • Manage region and individual performances. And, maximize company profits at the branches you supervise.
  • Ensure that all branches follow safety, health and business laws and regulations
  • Uphold company standards of excellence and service, guaranteeing quality performance
  • Participate in decisions for expansion
  • Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction
  • Prepare performance reports for presentation to upper management.

Requirements:


  • Proven work experience as an operation, fleet manager or similar role
  • Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators.
  • Fluency with CRM software
  • Ability to lead and motivate a highperformance the team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with a problemsolving attitude
  • Willingness to travel as needed
  • MBA degree in operations/ BE/ Mtech, Business Administration or relevant field
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in fleet operations.
