• Position
• Graphic Designer

• Ideate, conceptualise, and execute internal and external visual communication, campaigns, and branding requirements for online and offline channels, from designing to artwork to final execution.
• Conceptualise new concepts and guidelines based on directives and selfdriven research.
• Understand and develop as per campaign briefs and target audiences.
• Design layouts, including selection of colours, images, and typefaces
• Capture and edit visual content for use on multiple platforms.
• Manage multiple deliverables while effectively managing timelines and without compromising on quality.
• Collaborate with team members to produce content and support them on visual requirements as needed.
• Ensure all output has been reviewed for errors before publishing it or sending it to print.
• Update and maintain internal databases of designs, photography, and video.
• Responsible for other work as assigned by the reporting manager.

• Degree in graphic design or related field.
• At least 1-3 years of experience.
• Proficient in Telugu and English.
• Telugu typing experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite software, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Video-making and editing experience are a plus.
• Non-profit experience is preferred.
• Ability to set priorities, multi-task, pay attention to detail and typography, and meet deadlines.
• Must be able to work independently and within a team.
• Ability to take feedback and work on required changes.
• Working knowledge of print and digital production requirements, experience in photo editing, and photography principles and formats.
