Purpose of the role
Accounts Executive will be acting as a member of the Finance team. Finance team manages General Accounting / Consolidation / Prepayments /Accruals and provisions for India Accounts.


Skills, knowledge, experience and exposure

Transactional:


  • AP processingChecking invoices, acceptance, posting


  • Client Invoicing

  • Generation of AR invoices
  • Intercompany invoicing
  • Cash allocations (remittance posting)


  • Statement reconciliations

  • Clients, Suppliers
  • Addressing supplier queries
  • Staff expense processing
  • Investigating and resolution of client queries


  • Supplier payment processing

  • Payment runs
  • General Accounting / Consolidation / Prepayments /Accruals and provisions
  • Working knowledge of India taxes


  • Fixed Assets

  • Accounting & depreciation
  • Monthend close procedures


  • MIS

  • Ageing, cashflow and other report
  • Liaise with Statutory Auditors

Taxation

  • Prepare tax payments
  • Estimate and track tax returns
  • Complete quarterly and annual tax reports
  • Organize and update the company's tax database
  • Recommend tax strategies that align with business goals
  • Prepare necessary paperwork for tax payments and returns
  • Liaise with tax auditors, government authority
  • Forecast tax predictions to senior managers
