- Providing front line support for products and services. This will include managing support requests, implementing changes, working on projects and handling problems.
- Responsible for monitoring issues to establish the root cause from one of 3 areas: Service Line, product code, data, or infrastructure.
- Handle Service Requests within the SLA target and to the requirement of the customer.
- Act as the team specialist for at least one of the areas of IT support / roducts
- Perform related duties as assigned or requested. Directly and indirectly responsible for meeting daytoday administrative needs and problem resolution within the Distributed network & Server environment
- Assists directly or indirectly (through vendors) with implementation of hardware and software changes to servers and related devices
- To maintain required IT documents/records as required for compliance needs. Follow Incident, Security and Change Management policies
- Should have knowledge of Office 365 (o365)
- Windows Servers services support like AD-DS, DNS, DHCP etc functionality
- Intermediate knowledge of firewalls and network
- To ensure smooth communication between global offices.
Soft Skills:
Go-getter in terms of Technical projects, High level of positive attitude and dedication. Strong written and verbal communication skills required. Good time management skills, professional approach to problem solving Willingness to work in shifts.
- 3 years of experience required in the similar field.
