    ORGANIZATION:Asamember in the Information Technology (IT) department you will bepart of the core team that will be responsible for developingcuttingedge digital capabilities to enhance and elevate client s ITplatforms deployed across their ships. You will ensure that the ITsolutions align with business goals and deliver tangible value totheorganization.

    YOURRESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Collaboratewith stakeholders to drive product requirements and ensurealignment with strategicgoals.
    • Analyzegathered requirements and document them in a clear and concisemanner often using techniques like use case diagrams process flowsand userstories.
    • Workclosely with a team of IT professionals to deliver robustsustainable and flexiblesolutions.
    • Leadchange management initiatives to smoothly implement newcapabilities acrossdepartments.
    • Mentorother Business Analysts to foster their growth anddevelopment.
    • Identifyopportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains withinexisting systems orprocesses.
    • Deliverhighquality user stories aligned with the product roadmap to ensuresolutions meet both functional and nonfunctionalneeds.
    • Applyingcritical thinking to discern stakeholders wishes from actualrequirements.
    • Assistingin shaping the wider product roadmap in collaboration with theProductManager.


    Requirements

    • Bachelorsdegree in IT finance economics or relatedfield.
    • Over7 years of experience in Business Analysis with a specialization indeveloping scalable ITproducts.
    • Excellentwritten and verbal communication abilities inEnglish.
    • Deepcomprehension of data utilization for prioritization evidenced byadvanced Excel proficiency or expertise in database tools like SQLElasticSearch or GoogleAnalytics.
    • Demonstratedcapacity to influence senior stakeholders including Directors andCLevelexecutives.
    • Certificationin process mapping methodologies such as Lean or SixSigma.
    • Preferredbackground in the maritime/shipping/aviation/ industry ispreferred.
