    Description

    Job Summary

    The Contract Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day execution of Diversified's service agreements into ConnectWise. This position enters agreements in a timely manner with accuracy. Additionally, the position is accountable to understand and adhere to established contract administration policies and procedures.

    Roles & Responsibilities

    • Managing all aspects of incoming contracts, including preparing, revising, examining, and analyzing the documents.
    • Ensure all our contracts conform to legislative requirements and meet our company goals.
    • Adherence to and escalation where necessary of any non-compliant project requirements as
    • outlined in the Diversified's standard contract terms.
    • Work with the Contract Administration team members to ensure agreements are converted in a timely and accurate manner within the system.
    • Stay in contact with Accounts Receivable, Procurement and Tech Ops teams regarding project notifications and hand offs as appropriate and outlined in Standard Operating
    • Procedures.
    • Confirm and document a thorough review of requirements as part of the conversion process Perform additional responsibilities and special projects as assigned by the Contract Administration Manager / Regional Operations Manager.

    • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
    • Ability to problem solve and follow through until resolved.
    • Excellent writing skills.
    • Ability to work with varying departments in order to meet contract requirements.
    • Team player - able to work with others.

    Preferred:

    • Proficient with Excel and Word.
    • Ability to understand basic Contract terminology.
    • Experience with service and warranty agreements.
    • Proven work experience as a Contract Administrator or relevant role.
    • Familiarity with accounting procedures and billing.
    • Knowledge of legal requirements involved with contracts.

    Education/Work Experience

    Education/Certification/License Requirements

    • Highschool Diploma or equivalent required.
    • Bachelor's degree preferred.

    Working Experience

    • 3 years of relevant work experience
    • Previous contract administration experience – preferred
