Ability to understand the Business Requirements and interact with Stakeholders.
Ability to take an ownership of incident reported, understand, analyze and provide quality, timely solution as per business requirement adhering to SLAs.
Ability to perform root cause analysis and impact assessment
Knowledge of implementation of Change processes and Releases
Exposure to Power Platform
