_Requirements:
_

Experience 58 years of experience. Technical Skills (mandatory)
Minimum of 34 years of experience in business/systems analysis.

years of experience as BA for Service Now tool (Preferably PPM Suite).
years of experience with the ServiceNow platform.

_ Qualifications:
_

Applicant must have excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
Strong analytical and customer service skills.
Excellent written and verbal skills. Must be able to communicate well with all areas of the business.
Good understanding of Project & Portfolio management and PMO activities.
Accurate and comprehensive documentation skills
Ability to multitask and work under strict deadlines
Ability to respond quickly to problems and changes
Perform duties with limited supervision
Min 58 years' experience in Service Management either working as a business analyst with the PPM disciplines (Project & Portfolio management) or driving process
