- Source and attract top talent through a variety of channels, including online recruiting platforms, professional networks and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Manage the interview process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating logistics, and providing feedback to hiring managers.
- Negotiate offers and close deals with top candidates.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our recruitment processes and tools.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably within a business or non-technical field.
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing high-caliber candidates.
- Strong understanding of the business recruitment landscape in India.
