As an Illustrator, you will be responsible for creating captivating and original illustrations that complement and enhance our published content.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the editorial and design teams to understand the visual requirements for various projects.
Create original and visually appealing illustrations that align with the content and target audience of our publications.
Use traditional and digital artistic techniques to produce highquality illustrations.
Incorporate feedback from the team and make revisions as necessary to achieve the desired artistic vision.
Ensure illustrations are delivered within the specified deadlines.
Maintain a consistent artistic style and adhere to brand guidelines.
Stay updated with industry trends and new illustration techniques to continuously improve your skills.
Collaborate with other team members, such as writers, designers, and art directors, to ensure a cohesive and visually appealing final product.

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of professional experience as an Illustrator, preferably in a publication house or related field.
Proficiency in illustration software and tools, such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or other industrystandard software.
Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of illustrations and artistic styles.
Excellent drawing and sketching skills with a keen eye for detail.
Solid understanding of composition, colour theory, and visual storytelling.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong time management and organisational skills to meet project deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
