Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduation qualification.
• Proficient in speaking Marathi, Hindi, and English with excellent command.
• Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is a plus.

Key Skills and Responsibilities:

• Strong communication and conversation skills.
• Persuasive and convincing abilities.
• Basic computer skills for maintaining call logs.
• Introduce products/services and explain their benefits.
• Schedule appointments for interested customers.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of leads.
