- Should have strong experience in SCCM 2012 / version1902 till 2010.
- In-depth knowledge in design and installation of Microsoft System Configuration Manager2012.
- Design self-service patching using SCCM / WSUS
- In-depth knowledge of SCCM client installation, software distribution, remote control, and other SCCM issues.
- Expertise in SCCM Administration, deployment, packaging, network inventory, boundaries, installer and network designing.
- Troubleshoot issues related to software delivery, patch management, inventory solution etc...
- Experience in ESU patching
- Monthly reporting for Patching, Software Distribution, Agent status, etc... using existing reports
- Experience of creating custom reports and dashboards using SCCM Reports/ SQL Reports
- Experience in service support and delivery of standard/approved updates, software distribution
- Experience in SCOM
- Strong Experience in Windows Server Operating Systems
- Following the processes defined for Requests, Changes, Incidents and Project report around the SCCM estate
- Good knowledge on Virtualization
- Linux knowledge will be an advantage.
