Are you an experienced Instructional Designer based in Pune, India with a passion for creating engaging training materials? Join our team at Tricentis and play a key role in designing and updating a variety of online and classroom courses, focusing on video-based e-learning certifications and micro-learning.

As an Instructional Designer, you will design and update training materials, ensuring high-quality standards.

You will leverage software tools and expertise to create engaging content, analyze learning needs, and incorporate the latest learning trends.

With responsibilities including organizing technical training sessions and collaborating with the Education Team, you will have the chance to make a significant impact on our learning initiatives.

What You'll Do

Designing, developing and updating a variety of training materials for online and classroom training courses, with a strong focus on videobased elearning material.
Developing content using software tools such as Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, Audition, InDesign) and Articulate Storyline, including supplemental materials/guides as well as assessments
Driving overall learning design approach to ensure learning occurs by conducting assessments and analysis to identify learning needs and recommend training methods accordingly to ensure desired outcomes
Ensuring that training solutions incorporate best practices of adult learning theory
Collaborate with the Education Team with other technical projects

Who You Are

At least 3 years professional experience in a technical position and as an instructional designer or trainer with skills in Adobe Suite for elearning such as Adobe Premier and Camtasia
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Experience of working with Learning Management Systems
Ability to design and work on multiple projects with rapid development deadlines
Strong intercultural competence

Preferred

Knowledge of Agile development techniques
IT skills (objectoriented programming, web development skills, or other IT skills would be a plus, but not required)
