JOB DESCRIPTION:


  • Oversee implementation of the curriculum focusing on the learning outcome for the schools assigned following all the criteria of observation and report the findings.
  • Identify the gap between the curriculum, implementation, and learning outcomes and suggest ways based on observations, to improve learning outcomes.
  • Identifying training needs, during class observation, for the teachers and reporting it to the manager
  • Contributing to curriculum research and development
  • Coordinating with teachers, school management, and the B2B team for teachers' training and development.
  • Work on the new public speaking projects ensuring timely work submission
  • Conduct TNI and assist in designing training modules for various stakeholders for B2B schools
  • Travel to branches other than base city if required
  • Graduate with English medium background
  • Have a minimum of 12 years experience in teaching\ training preferred
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills can be considered
  • Tech savvy and wellversed in creating videos, ppt, and flashcards
  • Competent to research filtering relevant resources
  • Age below 30 years

Salary:
₹35, ₹40,000.00 per month

  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
