Bachelor's /Post Graduate Degree in Sales & Marketing, Interior Designing or related field Experience : 3-5 yearsSkills requirements :
Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the interior design or related industry. Strong team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Knowledge of interior design principles and products.
Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development:
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share. Analyze market trends and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth. Create and maintain sales forecasts and budgets.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, designers, and contractors. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and referrals. Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
Sales Process Oversight:
Monitor the entire sales process, from lead generation to project completion. Ensure that sales team members follow best practices and company standards.
Collaboration with Design Team:
Coordinate with interior designers and project managers to ensure seamless project execution. Communicate client requirements and preferences to the design team.
Salary:
₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
