Description

Preparing for setting computer numerically controlled Vertical Machining Centre (VMC) machine

Carrying out programming and settings for VMC machines
Preparing for machining activities/operations on VMC
Knowledge of safe working practices of VMC machining procedures
Understanding of reading and interpreting engineering drawings and extracting information
Knowledge of the main features and working parts of the VMC, sequences and procedures followed
Working knowledge of the various methods, equipment, material and devices used in VMC operations
Knowledge of equipment used for positioning, aligning and securing
Knowledge of checking quality, quality and accuracy standards and produce components standards
Knowledge of the problems that can occur in VMC operations, their implications and how to address.
Working Experience in Mastercam Software
Knowledge of basic maintenance activities, conducting checks and trial runs before allowing the machine to run in full program mode

Salary:
₹20, ₹28,000.00 per month
