Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Soft Skills Trainer to join our team as a freelance/part-time trainer.

You will play a crucial role in empowering our students with the essential soft skills they need to excel in their personal and professional lives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver engaging training modules covering key soft skills such as:

• Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in soft skills training, incorporating them into the curriculum.
• Collaborate effectively with the program director and fellow trainers to ensure the program's success.
• Maintain flexible availability to accommodate the program schedule and potential additional sessions.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience working in roles requiring strong soft skills (e.g., training, education, human resources, communication).
• Proven experience in developing and delivering soft skills training programs or workshops.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage learners.
• Passion for learning and development, with a demonstrated commitment to selfimprovement.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Reliable, selfmotivated, and possess a strong work ethic.
• Strong understanding of the evolving digital landscape and essential digital skills.

Compensation:
