  • If have Hardware Experience (Product Hardware like electric Circuit and
component) that's first Prefer

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and creative thinking skills
  • Excellent verbal and organization skills
  • Excellent leadership qualities
  • Strong hold on the functioning of the CRM platforms
  • Familiarity with market research techniques
  • Knowledge of making reports and generating the analytical performance
reports

  • Detail Analysis of performance by dealers
  • Identify the Root cause of Good/Poor Performance

Salary Range:

  • English proficiency -Low/ Medium/ Fluent: Fluent, for Hyd
  • Telugu also knows,
Mumbai

  • Marathi also knows.

Education Qualification:
Graduation / BE


Any extra note or points to cover:
Prepare a monthly working plan for the sales team

  • Gather data and evaluate it thoroughly
  • Prepare detail
  • Field sales reports, analyse them and create future plans considering them
  • Ensure that the sales team is using effective sales tactics to meet the company
objectives

Note:

  • Must have electronic knowledge / Must know how to manage Dealer
network.
