Job Summary:

As a Certified MS Project Professional, you will be responsible for effectively utilizing Microsoft Project software to manage and oversee projects within the organization.

Your role will involve creating project plans, tracking progress, managing resources, and communicating project status to stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Utilize MS Project software to develop detailed project plans, including tasks, timelines, milestones, and resource allocations.
  • Collaborate with project teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and establish project objectives.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and resolving issues or delays to ensure project deadlines are met
  • Manage project resources, including personnel, materials, and budget allocations, to optimize efficiency and minimize costs
  • Generate project reports and dashboards using MS Project, providing stakeholders with timely updates on project status, risks, and key metrics
  • Provide training and support to project team members on the use of MS Project software and project management best practices

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in project management, with a strong understanding of project management principles, processes, and best practices
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Project software to create and manage project plans, schedules, and resource allocations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate project status and requirements to diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing project challenges.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., project management, business administration) preferred, but not required.

Pay:
₹8, ₹44,758.50 per month
