_Human Resource Recruiter_
Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate records of all recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve the recruitment process.
- Assist in creating job descriptions and job specifications that accurately represent the roles and responsibilities.
- Participate in job fairs, career events, and other recruitment initiatives to promote the organization's employment brand.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter or similar role, preferably handling endtoend recruitment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment methods and techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
- A proactive and innovative approach to recruitment.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is advantageous.
- Professional certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
Working Conditions:
- This role is based at our New Delhi office.
- Standard office hours Monday
- Saturday, 9:30 am 6:30 pm.
- Occasional travel may be required for job fairs or recruitment events.
Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
