Customer Service Associate

Location:
Dehlon Road, Tibba Village, Sanhewal, Ludhiana.

Skills Required:


Responsibilities:


  • Reach out to potential and existing customers.
  • Provide information and address enquiries about products or the company.
  • Maintain and update customer information in the database.
  • Accurately receive, process, and fulfill orders.
  • Maintain call and sales records, documenting pertinent information.

Qualification:
Any Graduates.
