Key Responsibilities:
Make calls to our existing customers

Answer questions and provide information to prospective clients.
Maintain a detailed record of all calls and interactions.
Meet daily or weekly call targets as set by the Department.
Provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in telecalling or a related field is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good computer skills to maintain call records.

Experience:
Minimum 1 year in telecalling

Qualification:
Graduate preferred

Work days and time:
Monday to Friday

10:00 am to 6:00 pm

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Salary:
₹15, ₹23,000.00 per month
