As a Equity Dealer at HENSEX Securities, you will be responsible for executing trades, tracking the portfolios, and ensuring the smooth functioning of our financial services operations.


Responsibilities:

• Execute buy and sell orders for stocks and other financial instruments as per client instructions and market conditions.
• Monitor market trends, economic news, and companyspecific developments and inform our clients.
• Help clients in Managing and maintaining portfolios, ensuring compliance as per their objectives and risk tolerance.
• Provide timely market insights, research reports, and investment recommendations to clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their queries and concerns in a professional manner.
• Cross Selling the products to clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
• Min 1 year of experience as a Stock Market Dealer or in a similar trading role.
• Proven track record of successful trading and portfolio management.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and trading strategies.
• Proficient in using trading platforms and financial analysis tools.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary and commission structure that commensurate with Industry levels.
