Designation:

  • Restaurant Captain


Location:

  • Pune Maharashtra

Salary:

  • 18,000 To 22,000 Per Month + Food And Accommodation

Education:

  • Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management

Experience:

  • Total Experience : 4 Years in hospitality industry
  • Minimum Experience : 1 2 Years of proven experience as a Sr. Steward / Captain with restaurant property

Responsibilities:


  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the restaurant staff during service hours.
  • Ensure smooth and efficient operations, including seating arrangements, order taking, and service delivery.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly and courteously.
  • Train and mentor restaurant staff to maintain high standards of professionalism and service quality.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
  • Uphold food safety and sanitation standards to ensure a clean and hygienic environment for guests.
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues to ensure a positive dining experience.

Requirements:


  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations and service standards.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Pay:
₹18, ₹22,000.00 per month
