Full-cycle Recruitment role in the Noida,Sec 63 area to join our fantastic team.

WHAT IS EXPECTED FROM YOU AS A RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST?

Work closely with managers to understand the client's hiring needs for each position and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations.
Manage the entire recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles
Grow and foster hightouch relationships with a database of qualified active and passive talent to pull from as new positions open.
Continuously partner with recruiting team to design, refine, and implement innovative recruiting strategies.
Stay active with the current job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent, and plan, create, and release job descriptions and announcements.
Conduct references, background checks, employment, and education verifications.

INTERVIEW PROCESS
Understanding the market dynamics, we have the shortest possible hiring process.

After the HR discussion, we will set up one-on-one interaction with the hiring manager via a Virtual platform, followed by a technical activity.
