Description
Managing administrative operations by ensuring the smooth functioning of administrative operations such as managing office supplies, stationery, and maintaining office equipment/facility.
- Responsible for managing the office budget, including tracking expenses, and managing invoices.
- Responsible for organizing events such as conferences, offsite etc. This includes managing logistics, coordinating with vendors/attendees, and overseeing event execution.
- May be responsible for managing projects within the organization, such as office relocations etc.
- Supervising responsibilities of current office staff (Security guard & Office boys).
- Overall, the KRA of an office manager should ensure the smooth running of the office and support the organization's success by managing administrative, financial, and operational functions.
