Description
Should have experience in Dimension modeling- Snowflake & Star Schema
- 5+ years' professional experience in ELT, Data Lake and Data warehouse pipeline
- Knowledge of data warehousing and data modeling concepts
- Extensive experience in Database technologies such as Redshift, Snowflake, Google big query or others.
- Extensive Handson developer experience on Big Data frameworks like Spark, Hive, SQL using a programming language such as Scala or Python
- Fluent in structured and unstructured data, its management, and modern data transformation methodologies like DBT, Airflow, Stitch etc.
- Connecting to various data sources, extracting and transforming data for BI.
- Analytical thinking for translating data into tabular and multidimensional models for reports and visuals.
- 2+ years' experience working with Power BI and/or Tableau.
- Developing visual reports, KPI scorecards, and dashboards with Power BI and/or Tableau.
- Proficient in DAX programming in case of Power BI and Python in case of Tableau experience.
- Past experience with SSIS/SSRS would be added advantage
- Experience with Tableau server is an added advantage.
