Responsibilities:
- Manage onground staff members and oversee their daily activities.
- Develop and maintain shift schedules for the team, ensuring adequate coverage at all times.
- Allocate duties and responsibilities to team members based on workload and skillset.
- Monitor staff performance and provide guidance and support as needed to ensure high productivity and quality service delivery.
- Interface with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records and data in databases, ensuring information integrity and accessibility.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement in processes and procedures and implement necessary changes.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and enhance overall efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve service delivery.
- Handle additional tasks and responsibilities as required to support the team and meet organizational objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in in any field.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or coordination role, preferably in a customer serviceoriented environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with team members and customers.
- Proficiency in database management and data entry, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities and situations.
- Selfstarter with a proactive mindset and the ability to take initiative.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve goals and objectives.
