• Manage onground staff members and oversee their daily activities.
• Develop and maintain shift schedules for the team, ensuring adequate coverage at all times.
• Allocate duties and responsibilities to team members based on workload and skillset.
• Monitor staff performance and provide guidance and support as needed to ensure high productivity and quality service delivery.
• Interface with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records and data in databases, ensuring information integrity and accessibility.
• Proactively identify areas for improvement in processes and procedures and implement necessary changes.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and enhance overall efficiency.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve service delivery.
• Handle additional tasks and responsibilities as required to support the team and meet organizational objectives.

• Bachelor's degree in in any field.
• Proven experience in a supervisory or coordination role, preferably in a customer serviceoriented environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with team members and customers.
• Proficiency in database management and data entry, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities and situations.
• Selfstarter with a proactive mindset and the ability to take initiative.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve goals and objectives.
