Description

• Build general trade sales channel in Udaipur from the ground up.
• Actively seek out and engage Institutional customer prospects like hotels, restaurants, B2B clients etc.
• Provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost topline revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.
• Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
• Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
• Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales and status reports.
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
• Continuously improve through feedback.
• 5+ years of food/FMCG sales experience
• Must own a bike to do sales beats in and around Udaipur, Rajasthan
• Must own a smartphone and know basic MS excel, word
• Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
• Proven work experience as a sales representative
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
