Main responsibilities:


  • Hands on experience in Operation and Maintenance of Wartsila 6R32LN//34DF/Diesel Rotary UPS system.
  • Having 34DF and DRUPS system experience is an added advantage.
  • Synchronizing of DG sets.
  • Experience in Operation, Maintenance & Troubleshooting of LT & HT Switchgear, Generators, Transformers, Circuit breakers, Motors, Protection Relays and AVRs.
  • Well versed in Trouble shooting and Maintenance of PCC and MCC.
  • Hands on Experience with UNICC3, PLCs and related Automation systems.
  • Knowledge of WOIS & WISE systems.
  • Knowledge of Fire detection and Control Systems & Gas Leak Detection systems trouble shooting and Maintenance.
  • Experience in Detailed Planning of longterm Annual Operation and Maintenance Plans and Spare Parts.
  • Problem solving and Analytical skills.
  • Identifying the pain points of customer and resolving the same.
  • Understanding and Implementation of the contract agreements with the customers.
  • Knowledge & Implementation of HIRAC and adherence to LOTO systems.
  • A safetyfirst mindset.
  • Working knowledge of Maximo
  • Open mind to analyze critical technical issues and take steps to resolve the same.
  • Ability to smoothly gel with work groups of Wartsila and Customers having multinational / Multi cultural and multilanguage work force.
  • Respect to the local culture.
  • Adherence to following the law of the land.

Requirements:

Job Location : Toyota Kirloskar Auto Parts (TKAP), Bangalore.

Educational Requirement: Diploma or BE Electrical.
-
Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in power plants/marine at supervisory level.

  • Hands on experience of operating DG plant specialised in gas engines.
  • Experience in DF engines will be added advantage.
  • Expert knowledge of power plant electrical systems and equipment.
  • Understanding of predictive and preventive maintenance best practices.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and maintenance data analysis.
  • Commitment to safety and operational excellence.
  • Valid C Licence or applied is mandatory.
