Role Definition

Responsibility Deliverable

  • On time resolution
  • Handling complaint closures

Tasks & Activities

  • First Call post orientation twice a month
  • Second Call after 30days of first call
  • Next Call after 30 days of Call
  • Next Call after 60 days of Call
  • Next Call days of after 120 call
  • Next Call after 180 days of Call
  • Final Call after update by Operations team
  • Understand the resolutions to the common concerns & queries to offer on the spot resolution.
  • After the resolution, share the student referral policy, build a rapport & softly ask for references.

MEASUREMENT METRICS
How should your performance be measured?

Basis of measurement

  • Complaint reduction.
  • Customer satisfaction.
  • No. of cases resolved on the spot.

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Salary:
₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Morning shift

Experience:
