- Manage the entire ecommerce panel and ensure its smooth operation.

- Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Monitor website performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest ecommerce trends and industry best practices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience working in ecommerce operations or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms and panel management systems.
- Proficient in managing inventory, product listings, and order processing.
- Familiarity with customer support practices and providing excellent service.
- Detailoriented with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong problemsolving abilities and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
