We have a Opening for US Accounts - Hyderabad Location (Work from Office) _ Night Shift.

Responsibilities:

Experience working with US accounting, AR/AP
Bank Reconcilation
Working knowledge of basic accounting principles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Updating tax changes and coordinating with development team.
Knowledge of US taxation rules and regulations are added advantage.
Should work and test independently on MultiLedger.
Should do research and have to update with changes of different taxes of US Geographical area.
Clearly communicate team goals and deliverables and keep the team updated on changes.
Has ability to set priorities, manage deadlines on testing task and if need escalate the bugs where necessary to US Team for discussion.
Should have ability to coordinate between team and other employees.
Should have ability to explain the bugs clearly to development team.
Should try to work independent with minimum support from superior and must lead the project individually.
Should aware of competitor products and their new features.
Collecting timesheet data and payroll information.
Entering data into payroll and administrative databases and software programs.
Calculating wages, benefits, tax deductions, commissions, etc.
Preparing and processing paychecks and cash deposits.
Maintaining accurate records of payroll documentation and transactions.
Responding to payrollrelated inquiries and resolving concerns.
