Answering inbound calls- Taking & processing orders
- Handling customer complaints
- Following up on customer calls
- Making outbound calls
- Upselling & cross selling
- Update customer database with contact details and interest information from prospective customer.
- Collecting & reporting on customer feedback
- Training & onboarding new CRM executives.
- Provide excellent services and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Attend sales training educational programs for professional development.
- Maintain profitable and productive relationship with customers.
- Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally.
Salary:
₹8, ₹15,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
