Executive Assistant - Hyderabad, India - NMS Consultant
Description
■ Coordinating with different divisions and departments as per Sales Head Instructions■ Coordination support to the Regional Head for various activities related to customers,
automations projects, enquiries, dispatches, Complaints, etc
■ Manage calendar/diary activities, including co-ordination of appointments as well as
rescheduling and timely reminder of the meeting schedules to the sales team.
■ Tracking all key activities or transactions of interest to the Sales Head and RM internally and externally
■ Liaising with the support departments like : Pre-sales, Sales operations, Production Incharges,
dispatch department (HR, Finance/Marketing, IT) on internal Processes
■ Escalating matters/ issues reported by team to the sales head
■ Task Management, tracking and timely completion
Data Analysis
■ Collecting report from various departments
■ Collating reports for analysis
■ Report designing in ERP, Excel, GD based on the system requirements
Planning and Administrative Support
■ Meeting management, MOM and follow up till completion
■ Making SOPs, formats, templates, etc
■ Visiting for domestic and intrastate meetings
■ Support and coordination for Exhibitions, sales meet, etc
■ Travel arrangements (Domestic and International) - Flights/Hotel/ Cabs /Travel Insurance. Preparation of Visa related documents/letters, etc
Salary:
₹125, ₹2,000,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- total work: 2 years (preferred)
