Job Description:

You conduct risk assessment for the product from design, component and product development stage by identifying risks and mitigating risks before order placement

You follow up on pilot and initial production by checking key bulk material & production processes to secure bulk production quality

You are responsible for all products for order placement are compliant with product safety requirements and fulfils the legal and quality/functionality requirements of intended selling markets

You focus on customer feedback and keep constant improvement on products with root cause analysis and effective action plan

You develop supplier base in terms of quality system and product capability as per business needs.

You develop each product together with right supplier choosing the best construction, materials/finishes and manufacturing processes to secure the best deal

You hand over clear information for each product to suppliers, assortment, buying team & Quality Controllers

You ensure the risk assessment is properly made with risk addressed and mitigated before order placement; You deliver each product with clear product specification/standard package

You are passionate for engineering role, and you keep follow up trends and research materials, advanced technique, manufacturing processes & consult testing laboratories to update related stakeholders

You support the assortment team with regards to the search and develop of supplier base meeting business demands by conducting sourcing trip and factory audits


Qualifications:

6-7 years of Experience

Bachelor of Technology, Mechanical Engineering
