1. CCNA or CCNP certified

years exposure in handling large enterprise network


  • Strong Routing and Switching concept for handling enterprise network troubleshooting.
  • Configuring and troubleshooting Stack building, Distribution Switches - Cisco 3800, 9300, 4500 and Cisco 6500 equipments with advanced configuration.
  • WiFi troubleshooting and design, WLC configuration and troubleshooting, Cisco Prime management, Arista Wifi Setup.
  • Sound knowledge on CISCO, Arista Switches, Palo Alto & Management Servers
  • Swift handling of tickets and closure within SLA.
  • Knowledge of Incident Management process and Major Incident/ Situation Management process.
  • Understanding of RCA Process
  • Ability to review logs & provide updates
  • Escalation to OEM TAC and follow up
  • Ticket Closure and SLA understanding
  • Strong understanding of Change Management and deployments.

Salary:
₹600, ₹800,000.00 per year

  • Monday to Friday

  • Rotational shift
