    Description
    We are seeking a talented and innovative creative designer to join our team.


    As a creative designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating visually stunning designs that effectively communicate our brand message and resonate with our target audience.

    You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop creative solutions that meet business objectives and drive engagement.


    Responsibilities :
    Develop creative concepts and design solutions that align with brand guidelines and business objectives.

    • Produce highquality visual assets for various platforms including digital, print, and social media.
    • Collaborate with marketing, product, and other teams to understand project requirements and translate them into compelling design solutions.
    • Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas and facilitate feedback.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in design, technology, and marketing.
    • Ensure consistency and quality across all design projects and deliverables.
    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
    • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance projects and campaigns.
    • Provide constructive feedback and guidance to junior designers to foster their professional growth.
    • Maintain a positive and collaborative work environment by actively contributing to team discussions and initiatives.

    Requirements :
    Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or related field.

    • Proven experience as a creative designer or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing creative design projects.
    • B2B experience is preferable.
    • Proficiency in adobe creative suite (photoshop, illustrator, indesign) and other design tools.
    • Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout.
    • Strong understanding of design principles and best practices across various mediums.
    • Ability to effectively communicate design concepts and ideas to stakeholders.
    • Experience working in a collaborative team environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Familiarity with ux/ui design principles and prototyping tools is a plus.
    • Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome design challenges.
    • Passion for design and a desire to stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in the field.
