Function- Import Export- Regular / Temporary- Regular- Employment- Full Time- Description
Key Responsibilities:

Documentation Preparation: Prepare and manage all documentation required for import and export operations, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Import Export Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs agents, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient import and export processes.

Logistics Management: Oversee logistics activities, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management, to optimize efficiency and minimize costs.

Dispatch Management: Manage dispatch activities for domestic shipments, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure on-time delivery.

Compliance and Regulatory Affairs: Stay updated on import-export regulations, tariffs, and trade agreements to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all import and export transactions, including invoices, shipping documents, and customs declarations.

Tally Prime Expertise: Utilize Tally Prime software for accounting and financial management tasks, including invoicing, inventory management, and financial reporting.

Preferred Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

Proven experience in importexport operations and logistics management, preferably in a manufacturing or trading company.
Strong understanding of importexport regulations, customs procedures, and international trade practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
Proficiency in Tally Prime software for accounting and financial management tasks.
