Roles and Responsibilities

1.
Responsible for achievement of sales target and business development

2.
Identify customer needs, propose products & services

3.
Increase market share

4.
Channels sales & business developer appointment

5.
Liaise and co-ordinate with the clients and the plant team to ensure timely delivery of materials

6.
Credit control & timely collection of payment

7.
Prepare MIS reports related to sales, marketing and business development data

8.
Collect regular feedback from the customers & coordination with Production & QC team for the earliest closure of customer complaints

9.
Educate customers about the Product by arranging technical seminars & trainings for Site Engineers, Contractors, Builders, IHBs
**Educational Qualification:

Diploma/BE in Civil Engineering/MBA Preferred
**Experience required:
- **
3-5yrs for Diploma in civil engg.

1-2 yrs for BE in Civil Engg./MBA

Salary:
₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
