- Proper inspection of vehicle and guide customer accordingly
- Guide customer with accurate repair descriptions.
- Ensure timely delivery of vehicle.
- Coordination with manufacturer for spare parts and another requirement.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customer.
