- Stay updated on products and company policies.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution.

- Identify process improvement opportunities and provide feedback.
- Achieve individual and team performance targets.
Requirements:
- Graduate with 23 years of customer support experience.
- Fluent in English and Hindi communication.
- Strong problemsolving and empathetic skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and adaptability.
- Positive and customercentric attitude.
Salary:
₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
