US Onboarding

Location :
Hitech City ,Hyderabad (
Work from office only)

Responsibilities:

Handling end-to-end US Onboarding with also being the first point of contact for employees.

  • Sending Onboarding paperwork, tax form, I9 form, client docs, etc. to new hires.
  • Initiating
    background check Drug Test.
  • Make a welcome call to consultants for induction and explaining them the policies and benefits.
  • Working with the team to achieve efficient onboarding and supporting them at every point. Reviewing their onboardings and sharing final approvals.
  • Responsible for submitting audit reports to clients.
  • Need to handle
    BGC screenings on daily basis.
  • Responsible for providing training to new joiners and reviewing their progress.
  • Participating in client meetings for any new changes to the system.
  • Interacting with client for any employmentrelated concerns.
  • Being the first point of contact to employees, responsible to handle grievances and solve their issues on a timely basis.
