Roles and Responsibilities of a Client Service Executive

  • Experience in Advertising firms or agencies is preferred.
  • The client services executive guides the campaignbuilding process from client communications and workflow to budgets and billing.
  • He/She needs to ensure that client service requirements are met.
  • He/She is the bridge between the agency and the client.
  • He/She will need to brief the creative & media team and work with them to plan and implement the best advertising solutions for the client.
  • He/She should be a team player who needs to work closely with colleagues including media planners & buyers, copywriters, and the creative team.
  • He/She will need to research the client's products, services, plans, competitors & target markets.
Knowledge on Digital Marketing & the industry


Requirements:


  • Proven experience working as a client servicing executive.
  • The ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Effective communication skills.

Qualification:
Graduate Preferred

Experience: 3 years

Trivandrum,Kochi
