Forwarding, CHA, Transport, Warehousing/ 3PL and ISO tank containers. With a

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers

and overseas agents and principals.

• Actively seek business leads and enquiries from customer base.
• Arrange for prompt and proactive quotations using CRM software.
• Arrange for bookings, shipment execution and documentation as per

company SOPs.

• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth
• Stay uptodate with industry trends, product knowledge, and activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or Graduate.
• Experience of customer service in Freight Forwarding, ISO tank container,

Logistics or 3PL industry would be preferred.

• Basic industry and domain knowledge of Freight Forwarding, Shipping &

Logistics operations, pricing and liaising.
