Role Description
This is a full-time role for an International Voice Process position located in Noida.

As part of our dynamic and challenging environment, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support through voice communication.

Your tasks will include resolving customer inquiries, providing product information, and ensuring a positive customer experience.


Qualifications

  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses
  • Good problemsolving and multitasking abilities
  • Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Positive attitude and willingness to work in a teamoriented environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Pay:
₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month
