Patient Service Associate

Location:
Cochin, Kerala.

Position Overview:

As a Patient Service Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our patients.

You will be responsible for handling various front-office duties, including patient check-ins, appointment scheduling, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist patients during checkin and checkout processes.
Schedule patient appointments and manage appointment calendars.
Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries in a professional manner.
Verify patient information and insurance details.
Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure accurate and timely patient services.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Provide administrative support as needed.

Qualifications:

Senior secondary /Diploma or equivalent.
Bachelor's degree holders are preferred but not essential.
Previous experience in a customer service or healthcare setting is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in using computer systems
