Handling customer queries, issues and sales
Basic Skills required:
- Proficient in English and Hindi
- Customer management skills
- Ability to handle incoming and outgoing call volumes
- Problem solving approach
- Time management and punctuality
Additional and important requirement:
- Experience in handling customers through the fashion industry
- Immediate joining
Availability:
- 6 Days in a week with 1 rotational off (Sunday off not fixed)
- Shift 24*7, any shift will be assigned to team members on a rotational basis including
- Must be willing to work night shifts, including working on weekends and public holidays.
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Pay:
₹200, ₹400,000.00 per year
